We used Gareth for the extensive refurbishment of our home near Exeter and can strongly recommend him and his Associates. He is a true perfectionist and a thinker - Think Property Solutions being an appropriate name for his company. Gareth sees solutions to problems where others give up or accept a substandard outcome. He is an excellent fitter, plumber, tiler, carpenter ...... and works to such a high standard that "snags" aren't something I needed to consider, they just didn't occur. Gareth is an honest, trustworthy, reliable individual who we frequently left in charge of our home and numerous dogs and cats when we went out for the day. Simply an unbeatable service and value for money.

If you're after immaculate service, design and quality for a reasonable price, then this is where you need to go!! I've been burnt by builders doing rubbish work but Gareth surpassed all my expectations and renewed my trust in the building industry. We've done from small jobs to bigger refurbishments and Gareth is always good at handling any aspect; no job too big or too small!
We had a Huge floor area for Gareth to tile, along with bathrooms aswel. He was amazing. He came everyday until the project was complete (unlike other traders). Everyone that comes to the house comments on how well the tiles are layed proving Gareth’s true perfection! He even made us some thresholds for the bedrooms. Absolute star we would highly recommend. Gareth and Harry did a great job on our house. New bathroom, new ensuite, floor tiles in our new extension and giving our garden a makeover. Really good at communicating problems, offering solutions and giving progress updates. Council building inspector said it was the best floor tiling he had ever seen. I highly recommend Gareth and his team. Over the past seven or so years, he has put in several bathrooms, and refurbished 2 houses for me! He continues to look after all my maintenance needs eg. plumbing/electricity. He cares about getting it right, is reliable, honest, good value, and a lovely man.
